"The West Pacific forecasts show we can well predict likely landfalls or near landfalls in Taiwan, China and Japan as well as Philippines in earlier forecasts and improve in the short range on official forecasts of the tracks of deadly storms. "For the Atlantic our explicit forecast for the formation of most notable Atlantic storm so far - in this so far low activity Atlantic season which we also predicted - was confirmed to the day in the deep Atlantic region we expected by Ana forming as a TD on 11th.
