EUROPE   As EUROPE wonders when will the bitter weather end, WeatherAction - whose long range forecast has been dramatically confirmed - say that, after a short milder burst for Britain & Ireland this weekend - which they also forecasted weeks ago - bitter winter weather will (85%) shortly return 'just as severe if not worse'.   WeatherAction's detailed long range warning for bitter cold weather with BLACK ICE - which is so dangerous for travel - especially in specified period 3-5 Jan and snow in France*, has been 'dramatically' confirmed to the day say WeatherAction forecast users who were advised of these dangers about three weeks ahead.
